Raiden, I would tread lightly with this UG. Not only is it capable of severe damage, but it’s AI is hardly past an intelligence level greater than a human toddler. This fact alone may make it very dangerous to be around, like a child with a loaded gun.
I’m actually surprised that they would give a RAY any reason to speak, even as just a prototype. Perhaps it is a newer, more civilian model.
